CoinPip Enterprise Solutions: Sub-Accounts Feature

International money transfers and sending money abroad to freelancers are common tasks for international businesses and startups that engage virtual teams of remote workers and freelancers. It is also a sensitive, tedious, and time-consuming responsibility. You can always delegate the task, but full diligence should also be observed when assigning company disbursement tasks and giving direct access to the most liquid asset of the company – cash.

Controlled delegation is a strength for large and fast-growing companies. A functioning organization is composed of skilled professionals tasked with responsibilities that best fit their skills, aptitude, and talents. One person alone cannot run a company. With efficient delegation, together with a team of dedicated and motivated individuals equipped with the proper tools, potentials and productivity are leveraged.

CoinPip is a growing company, and we understand growing pains. That is why we created a feature designed to help support your growing needs.

We are proud to announce the launch of the sub-account functionality in corporate accounts.

What is a sub-account?

A sub-account is a secondary account created under a primary corporate account. The sub-account can access and work within the main account. It can send money internationally, process payroll for freelancers, execute mass payments, and perform other CoinPip functions. The tracking and recording of activities and transactions are separate and distinct from the main account. This feature is available to all corporate accounts for free.

Why do you need a sub-account?

The sub-account option is designed for enterprises that may need more than one person to manage international money transfers and remittances. Access and control over company finances require careful management. You can either fully trust someone with direct financial access, manage everything yourself, or take advantage of tools that simplify delegation while maintaining security.

A CoinPip sub-account allows you to delegate the management of international payments and transfers to secondary users while retaining full control and oversight of your main account.

How does one create a sub-account?

To use the sub-account feature, the main account holder simply nominates a sub-account user. The primary user can nominate one or more people directly from the CoinPip dashboard. Once nominated, the system sends an invitation email with a link and instructions to complete the registration process.

The main account holder receives an email notification once the registration is completed. After activation, the sub-account user can perform transactions similar to the main account, while all activities remain clearly tracked and recorded under the specific sub-account.

With this functionality, secondary users can start sending money abroad, processing payments, and managing remittances efficiently through the platform.

Beyond providing a faster, cheaper, and easier option for sending money internationally, CoinPip is dedicated to offering enterprise financial services that are practical, cost-efficient, and productivity-focused. We will continue developing solutions that simplify complex financial tasks and help businesses achieve their goals.
